Introducing the CPR Coach to a resuscitation team can be a daunting task. This package of resources is geared towards introducing this new role for a greater balance of BLS and ALS.
For this resource, we offer two options:
Option #1: We keep this simple. We review your current Basic and Advanced Life Support courses. Our goal is to embed core content of the CPR Coach role at the Introductory level.
We determine the easiest and most efficient way to update your Instructors and tweak your simulation scenarios.
We strategize on how to make these updates without changing the length of your existing courses.

Option #2: Now this is REALLY fun. This approach is perfect if you have created or are planning to create BLS and/or ALS content that is contextualized to your institution.
We work together to update your BLS and ALS courses to reflect institutional policies, equipment, and choreography. You may have different versions based on your Learner's clinical role.
With either option our goal is to introduce the CPR Coach to your hospital in a way that is effective and personalized.
